Paul was amazing!
Paul was very nice and courteous. He took care of our problem in a timely manner. After he left I told my friend that there really are good kind people in this world where sometimes it doesn't seem like it. Sears should be so proud to have an employee like Paul.

Paul is so pleasant to work with. He had to come twice, once for the diagnosic then today to repair the dryer. He is very knowledgeable about his job and he tolerated the dog! Paul is also fast in making the repairs.

He was respectable, polite, And very knowledgeable. It felt like I had a family member coming into my house.
