Very poor service
He was not familiar with the products. He did not fix it and actually cause more problems before he left. So he is gone and I still have an appliance that does not work

Lack of customer service
Technician was short and rude. Didn't care about the issue just wanted to get paid and leave. Didn't listen to concerns or prior issues with this same exact appliance. Wanted to charge triple what was paid less than a month ago for same exact repair

Maytag washing machine repair
New parts installed but washing machine still locks up because it cannot drain water. That was the problem for which I requested repair.

The repairman declared that the appliance was working as designed when in fact it isn't. He didn't bother to try to diagnose the problem as described. We received absolutely no service for the 15 minutes that he was in our home. We are totally dissatisfied with our repair experience.

Microwave
Technician did not try the vent, which was the issue. Said there was nothing that could be done after looking it up on his phone. Also was supposed to have come in 11/30 and when asked about it did not seem to remember and said the notes said someone knocked, but we were home all day and have dogs that bark excessively when someone is even near the door. Plus I never received a text that the technician was on the way on 11/30 as I did on 12/14. Needless to say, the issue has not been resolved and I will be calling for another appointment and asking for a different technician.

No troubleshooting
He never called back with the first appointment. I left 2 messages. When he finally came out 2 weeks later, told me the problem was in the exhaust although there is no blockage/clog. No troubleshooting. Turned the dryer on and left after 5 minutes. Told me to run a load of laundry and if I experienced problems, to call him back.

Service warranty
The tech was on time and courteous. However this was the third appointment to fix a dishwasher leak. It should be noted that complete information about make and model was given during the initial appointment call. Parts had to be ordered after the first visit. No labor was performed. The washer level was not checked. That was done on the third visit. The door and tub seals were installed on the second visit in 15 minutes. No other adjustments were made. It took three visits to mostly correct the leakage. This occurred over the course of a month from the initial appointment call. Total tech time on site for 3 visits was one hour. I was charged for each visit. This work should all have been completed in the initial visit. What service warranty? I won't even comment on the labor charges other than to say that I am envious.

Microwave and Oven Repair
It's been a couple months since Dustin was called to work on our microwave and oven. Each time he came out there was something else wrong with our oven and was still not fixed and the microwave wasn't looked at until the third visit. On his third visit, we already received the additional parts he ordered. Finally hoping our oven would be fixed but, he said he will not fix the oven because the call was for the microwave, and left. He been the same technician for two months and the amount of time he spent for each call seemed less than a couple minutes. Frustrated with his lack of urgency and professionalism we decided to purchase a new oven.
