Kegan was excellent and going out of his way to correct an issue created by another tech. Your "Customer Service Department " sucks. There is no way to talk to a human. This you must fix. Remember we the customers are paying for your service, without the customer you would have a different line of work. Kegan's knowledge and care fixed a disgruntled customer by being able to talk to him when nobody else would/could. Thanks to Kegan for doing his and your job.
