Tech was great, the whole other experience not so much, I stayed home on Friday since I had a WHOLE day appt 8 to 5 which is ridiculous so I missed a day off work and the tech never showed so had to have another appt, When calling about appt they had issues even bring up my service appt and they were unable to call tech WHY dont they have numbers for the techs to make things easier instead of having to send an email and not being about to resolve my problem when i call , this is poor customer service . There also needs to be more info for the techs just having the serial number and model # they still don't know what machine customer has, that should be someone that home office looks up and gives these tech more info on the job they need to do. plus customer gets techs name but there should be a number and they tech should also have access to customers number , I believe if all the issues I have had I should be refunded my fee , your systems need updated to better satisfy your customers , this has been so frustrating, I gave a 5 star for the tech He wasn't the issue
