Kegan was absolutely amazing. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, explained pricing very well and got my appliance running in no time. Some difficulties with over the phone stuff prior to him arriving, but not his fault whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone taking their business to them. I appreciate Kegans service, his friendly demeanor and his explaining all that he did. 10/10.

Josh provided excellent service, he was timely, knowledgeable, and prompt. Unfortunately the Sears support system failed him tremendously. The system could not provide the necessary part. Multiple excellent revisits for over a month and the system could not provide the necessary parts. Josh did a great job but the Sears system totally sucked.

Brent is excellent, but waiting 2 weeks for a repairman to come out and then waiting 2 to 4 weeks more for parts for a major appliance is not acceptable.
