Technician was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. I don't appreciate surveys that require a title minimum words. Tech great survey system sucks!

Professional
My first experience with Joshua was in December. He repaired my dryer. I was acting like a crazy woman. But he never lost his cool and was very understanding so professional. Then again today he fixed my washer. So kind and professional. Thank you Joshua for fixing both my washer and dryer without any inconvenience to me. Your definitely a keeper for Sears. God bless you.

Josh was on time, quick to fix the problem, was able to install the part on site without delay and was incredibly professional throughout the repair. He deserves a raise! I plan to use this service again for any home issues because of his work today.
