Maytag Frontload washer repair
Thorough and professional. would be happy to have him back again. Our washer was left not working without any notice by the previous technician and Kristopher was able to get the connections back in place without the help of a proper schematic.

Sean worked really hard trying to figure out what was happening with my freezer. Unfortunately the freezer didn't seem to be registered for some reason with the manufacturer so he was having a hard time getting any manuals and is unable to order any parts. Our warranty company decided that they will be sending out another tech, but I feel like Sean did an excellent job and was very thorough.

1st I need to say sears customer service is terrible. Trying for HOURS to speak to a human is so frustrating. The repairman sent to our house was very knowledgeable and personable. He did everything to help us. Our Refrigerator is WORKING!!!
