Sean did a terrific job. He cleaned all the gunk out of my dishwasher and told me how to keep it clean and run white ammonia through my dishwasher and washing machine

Sean was courteous and helped me to understand what the problem was with my freezer and how to prevent similar problems in the future. He provided options and gave me choices before doing things that would cause additional cost.

Good Service
Aaron arrived when he said he would. He was polite and listened to my recount of the problems with my frig. He quickly diagnosed the cause. We declined the repairs. I was confused by the email he sent regarding this as it appears to show only labor costs and not the parts required. I tried to email a reply but was not successful.

Dishwasher ERROR
1) "LOCK ON" feature should not be on this dishwasher. 2) Use & Care Dishwasher Guide is in ERROR- "Press and hold HEATED DRY for 4 seconds". We followed instructions- the LOCK ON light remained on. 3) Customer Service Representative should have helped on the phone. 4) $ 129. is much too high considering the above. 5) I am very dissatisfied considering the above.
