Professionally handled
We we kept informed of who and when the technician would arrive. The part needed was on the truck. Technician made recommendations as to cleaning the lint out of the dryer. Friendly and fast service.

Refrigerator repairman
We were so blessed to have Sean as our Refrigerator repairman. What a nice guy. He was very knowledgeable and if he couldn't figure something out he would call to get direction. He was very professional and would talk to us about everything he was finding. He should definitely get a pay raise for his hard work. He is a GREAT ASSET for your company.

To old to repair
Frank showed up on time and ready to work. He was very cordial which made for easy discussing of our problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and than gave us a quote on what the cost would be to repair. Because of the age of the dryer repairs cost were not practical. Again Frank was the ultimate professional.
