Jake was nice. I gave my information and history when this was set up. Waited over a week and stayed home from work. Then told there was nothing they could do. Waste of Jake's time and mine. To top it off my brand new expensive oven sits and can't use.

Another great service
Jake returned to see what happened to his recent repair and the new parts that he installed failed. It is sad when a technician does all the right things and the parts are sub standard. I have no issues having Jake come to work on our equipment because he always does great work and respects our home while doing it.
