The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. They explained everything in detail and took care of the problem. I was pretty sceptic about using their services but I can say I am a very happy customer now.

Excess notifications

The technician was great, however the approximately 47 emails and 53 text messages I received to accomplish the visit were waaay too many!!

He was hard working, very timely, efficient, polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dryer repair

He was very professional and courteous. He provided education on maintaining both my washer and dryer and how to clean them. He cleaned both appliances. He wore foot covers to protect my floor. I would definitely hire him again to repair any home appliances. He also provided me with some cleaning and maintenance advise on my dish washer when he was not even there for that. Very helpful!
