Great technician
Sadly, Timothy was called to correct errors made by a previous technician. My ice maker was installed wrong and the lower bin in the freezer was backwards. Timothy figured both out immediately . I wish I would have had him come for the first service call.

Wanted to talk to a person.
I am not happy that it took a month to get my dryer fixed. I didn't appreciate getting my service appointments cancelled more than once. It would have been nice to talk to an actual person instead of a voice message. I just felt like no one there cared at all about getting my dryer fixed. Not very happy with customer service. Timothy however, was wonderful. I wish he would have been our technician in the first place and not Ron. I didn't not care for him.
