When I first reported this issue to LG they sent a repair person from another company. He was rude and blamed me for all the machine's problems. He didn't do anything to fix it and left leaving me totally stressed and angry. On the other hand, Nitesh was friendly and helpful. He explained things regarding the workings of the washer that will help me in future use. So glad he was here. He's a gem!!
