Washer repair at 325 Meadow
Really appreciated William's willingness to answer my questions to the best of his ability. Checked & tested washer's cycling processes to see what worked and what did not. When William had completed his checks, he set up an appointment for me, and said he would call back in a few days to let me know what was happening with parts order, and permission needed to work on washer. William called me back within a couple of days and let me know the verdict on the repair price and such. A decision was made to refund/or possibly a change out for a new machine. William was prompt, polite, wore a mask as requested, and gave direct answers. We were very lucky to have gotten such a knowledgeable & presentable gentleman. Thank you so much, William.

Dishwasher cleaning
Mr. Martinez dis a great job. It didn't take long for him to find the fix the reason my dishwasher was not getting the dishes clean. He also suggested getting Jet Dry to help keep it clean. He was clean and personable and arrived when he said he would. He did a great job.
