Greg is a great representative, I wish you folks would use business cards so we can contact him Your general email response is not Very good at all. I'm 81 years old and can handle my responses more accurately and correctly.

Washer Repair
Greg arrived on time and did the required work in a timely manner. However, Greg left a gap where the top left corner of the front panel attaches to the machine. This prevents the drawer that dispenses soap, bleach, and softener from closing snugly. Also, I found a screw on the floor near the left side of the machine. I am now able to do my laundry. But I am fussy about details and this misalignment of the panels and drawer bothers me quite a lot.

Call back on a previous repair
This was a call back service call on a repair that was completed on 8/2/2023. It was within the 90 day period that Sears guarantees parts and labor if it is the same problem. Rick stated he was unable to determine why the problem was occurring and did not repair the clogged water line. We were however charged for the labor involved in attempting to assess the same problem that the previous tech was able to resolve. Rick informed us that Sears had recently changed its 90 day policy to a 30 day policy and that we were obliged to pay a diagnostic fee, reflected as a labor amount in the statement Sears has forwarded to us. We paid Rick, but dispute the charge that was made and that we paid, as the repair failed within the 90 days of being completed, which was the original agreement we had with Sears when the repair was made in August. I would like to hear back from a Sears representative.
