Diagnosed the problem and gave us good tips for future use, brands etc. on replacement options. But could not order the Bosch parts to fix through your system. Appointment scheduling was misleading, had me enter model/serial so Sears could confirm they could service it, but it turns out this brand/appliance is not supported by your parts systems. Also scheduling tried to upsell me warranty services for this and other appliances when it turns out Sears couldn't even work on this one. Greg was great. Improvements: check model first to save wasted service calls skip the warranty upsell until later, if at all

Technician are always awesome Phone and technical support is always no stars. The last two request for service the notifications are all messed up, technician is not informed properly and we get so many messages (some duplicate) that it takes up the space on our phones. Also can't always understand the phone operator or they have no idea what they are doing
