I am very disappointed regarding a recent experience I had with your service. I received a call from a no caller ID stating that someone would visit my house to check my washer. I was informed that the appointment was set, and as a result, I stayed home all day waiting for the technician. Unfortunately, no one showed up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating for me, especially as I had to miss work to accommodate the scheduled visit. I rely on your services, but this situation has made it difficult for me to trust that they will be handled properly in the future.

NOT REVIEW OF DONALD'S SERVICE BUT OF SEARS DISORGANIZATION
Firstly, you gave me an appointment on 18th Jan. Nobody showed up. Then you gave me an appointment on 19th Jan. Nobody showed up again. Then you gave me an appointment on 22nd Jan. The guy showed up and ordered a part. Then the part was backordered and this caused a delay. Why should I care if Sears cannot furnish the part in time? Why couldn't the repair technician be authorized to go to a local parts store and buy the part off the racks? Then the technician came today (Donald - he was great but helpless because of Sears' DISORGANIZATION) and he said the wrong part had been ordered. Again - why should I care? The only thing I care about is that my dishwasher was not fixed. Sorry Donald - this is not a reflection on you but on this company that provides appointments 2 and 3 weeks out for fixing every day usage appliances like dishwashers and cooking ranges (at my other property the same DISORGANIZATION happened with my cooking range). The company does not care that customers are suffering while not being able to use their appliances. They provide appointments based on technician availability. Which tells me they need to spend more money on keeping their customers happy by hiring more technicians to do the job and not stretch their current technicians out so thin. PLUS, the only numbers they make available to customers are those of the technicians. Cowards hide behind honest employees and do not even provide customers a phone number to reach out. What a great way of doing business. No wonder the company got washed out of their brick and mortar stores. Not much longer till the rest of the business collapses as well. They need to understand that the only way to do well in any business is to make the customers happy - to invest into making the customers happy - not to hide away from customers and count the money you fleeced them out of. Oh and by the way, this review is going on Google reviews and every other review platform out there.

David not able to fix anything
I asked Sears to send someone to fix my icemaker. He steamed the frozen dispensary to clear it but couldn't fix it to make it dispense ice cubes. He didn't know what was wrong with the dishwasher or washing machine, and had no real ideas of what to do next. None of the appliances are working any differently now. I am out a couple hundred dollars and a couple hours of completely wasted time. Will not call Sears again.

A outstanding service by him on all our appliances. Great additude, on time, very thoroughly, answered our questions & he could not have handled anything better. A real professional for sears service. A great experience for us as true sears appliance customer for over 50 YEARS.we We have over 14 sears kenmore appliances. This was one of the best sears service calls that we have had over the years. Please thank him for us !

Unsuccessful wrong diagnosis of problems
Although David fixed the door on our refrigerator, his diagnosis as to why it was not cooling was incorrect. We unplugged it for hours,no Frost or condensation occurred. We plugged it back in and it doesn't cool at all. So same as before only the door was repaired. We need another service call and we need a refrigerator that works.
