What the heck does review title mean?!
Your notification system by email needs a little help. I got a wild assortment of times that the same technician was supposed to be coming. Everything from 11:00 to 5: 45. Good thing he called via the old fashioned landline to let me know he was coming. So much for the newer technology!

Good service for a faulty design
Gabriel arrived on time and was very professional. Sadly, he was unable to resolved the problem with the ice maker in our Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer. Turns out the problem with the ice maker is caused by a well known wiring problem at the bottom of the freezer door. Sadly, this poorly designed wiring harness and the need to replace the entire freezer door will result in our replacing a six year old unit which still works very well.

"John" came out and thought it was fixed, but NOT FIXED no ice in ice maker since he "fixed" it. Will be scheduling another appoinment maybe the 3rd time will be the charm?

Washer Repair
Robert was very knowledgeable. I gave h examples of what the washer was doing. He checked everything out, found the problem, and had it fixed in no time at all. Very personable and professional. Good job, Bob!

Dish washer repair
I was very disapointed! after waiting a weak, they find they couldn't repair the dryer and now we have to wate another weak and possibly more, before we can have a dishwasher again.

Dishwasher repair review
Hello, The technician Aidar was on time and kept us updated about his arrival. He was prompt with paperwork and was able to explain the issue in detail. Our dishwasher had 2 issues , door handle and drain issue. While the door handle issue was fixed , unfortunately drain issue is not fixed . While Aidar ran a cycle and verified that it's draining , I believe the solution that he put did not work for when full load wash cycle was run. So for me , I am still sitting with a broken dishwasher . Appreciate if you can send someone to have it fixed correctly.

I received a call from a no caller ID stating that someone would visit my house to check my washer. I was informed that the appointment was set, and as a result, I stayed home all day waiting for the technician. Unfortunately, no one showed up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating for me, especially as I had to miss work to accommodate the scheduled visit. I rely on your services, but this situation has made it difficult for me to trust that they will be handled properly in the future.
