Sears/Maytag warranty is terrible but Aidar was great.

The washing machine he diagnosed are only 2 years old, and the repair was for the entire control board, leading to a repair cost almost the cost of the machine. He was patient and explained it all, and it made sense. I just wish the product and the company behind it wasn't so shady and unreliable.

Gabriel was friendly. Professional. Right away he introduced himself. He asked me about the problem my washer was experiencing. Before he left he explained what he did to the washer and gave me some tips on how to run it. Very pleasant young man

Excellent service, overpriced for a simple cleanup

The terms are waived diagnostics fee if you hire the technician, but then the fee turns into labor cost.

Always on time - even too early!

David was punctual, and got the job done. Sears and the warranty company, New leaf, have a communication breakdown between their systems or people that causes hearts not to be ordered properly, for automated messages to be out of date. And the automated system for notifying when the technician will arrive, is not accurate. None of this is the technician's fault. He was polite and did his job properly. Five stars for David.

Quick Response and Great Service

We are very satisfied with our recent experience using the service. A quick online appointment and a visit two days later with one day being President's Day.
