Patrick was great tech. The automated phone tree systems need to go. Endless loops that do not get you to a live person or answer ever. Absolutely horrible custom we service. The tech was very helpful and overwhelmed on the last service call. Showed up at 715pm due to too many people scheduled that day.

Dryer Repair
Alberto was our technician and was prompt, communicated with me multiple times before coming out to repair our dryer. He did a great job, was organized and cleaned the area after repairing our dryer. I'd recommend him for any appliance repair. Great job!!
