Repair dishwasher
I gave a one star he showed up!!! The dishwasher is not repaired. Still have the same issues NOT CLEANING DISHES. We need another service and with someone who knows how to fix the problem

Never show up - Sent me a bill with fake signature
I had to request PTO tree times because of his schedule and the window time from 7:00a am to 6:00. Out of the 3 times, he show up at my house just once. No phones calls, just unrealistic ETA that were changed every three hours. The only time Steve came to my house he was rude, disrespectul, didn't let me speak and was coming and going inside my house without cleaning his shoes and leaving my front and back door open everytime. I don't want to think he actitud towards me was because I am hispanic and because of my broken English.

How was lied to about his return.
He came to my house without calling me first. When he got to my house, he said he had to leave because he had other houses to do, and he would be back. I told him I was only 5 or 10 minutes away. If he had called me first like I was told, I would have been there. When he called, he was already at the house. I was told when I called the company that he had three more houses before mines and there is no way he got done three more houses before mine within a half hour. I've been waiting for him for the morning and most of the evening. I ran out for a few minutes to pick up something when they told me he had three more houses in front of mines. When he didn't return back to my house I text him and call him and left him a message and a text that said, could you please provide me with an estimate of your return time to my home? He never returned my text or call. The time now is 10:02 p.m. and I'm still waiting on my text and call. Sorry I put one star but it should be a zero.

Bad Customer Service
The technician and the caregiver got into an augment over deductible not taking, charger card, debit card or cash. This should be explained before coming out. The unit is still not repaired.

Terrible service
Very little time diagnosing the problem with our dryer. Extremely aggressive about warranty sale but less concerned about our repair. (I should note I had already declined warranty service via phone the day prior.). Said he had never seen our error code yet I included that information in the notes when I booked the appointment so he should have been prepared. He was rude to my daughter. I will never use Sears repair service again.

Repeated no shows
Your website reviews are horrible because of your failure to actually show up for appointments. In addition to that the range of scheduled appointments is ridiculously broad. When the technician did come, he did a good job but it was way too much work actually getting you hear.
