Great Experience… from last Company
Refrigerator is the 2nd one (replaced once) since purchased. Over 2k refrigerator and had problems with both. However, under whirlpool warranty the company they sent out was horrible! This company AE was excellent both trips out! Great Job!

Dryer Repair
The service tech who did my repair was Wayne, not Daniel. Nothing but praise for him. Knowledgeable and professional Shipping repair parts to the customer is not a good idea. I had no idea exactly what I was supposed to get, and if I did know, I could not tell what parts they were.. Aside from the motor You might want to rethink this practice.

Good service
Sated F is A different tech than originally came. He found parts were not ordered correctly, and the problem was totally different that the original tech. Sated was courteous, explained the situation, how he fixed the dishwasher and was done in less that 30 minutes. Excellent work

Awful company
The fact that it is pretty much impossible to get a hold of an actual human to communicate with this company is ridiculous. It hinders the ability to get clarification or true updates on your claims. The automated calls that they send out are very inconsistent with where your actual claim process is. I would not recommend this company and I am very disappointed with the fact that choice home warranty has no other first options for their clients. I had my washing machine "fixed" only to end up with a washer full of wet clothes because it now won't go through the wash cycle. I am sure I will now have to wait another month for someone to come back out and "fix" my washer. I am extremely disappointed with sears home services.

Now having another issue, water leaking out
Jeffrey told me I could use the refrigerator without a filter, as I did not want to spend over $500 to repair a 17-year old refrigerator. He did an excellent job of cleaning out under the refrigerator. However, after he left, I notice water leaking out from under the refrigerator. I tried turning off the valve in the basement, but it would not turn all the way off. I then put a filter back in to keep the water from leaking out. I hope that resolves the issue until the next appointment. I do not think I should have to pay for the return visit schedule next Wednesday, Aug. 23, as the refrigerator was not leaking before the service. I would like to speak with someone about this issue.

Over Priced
While the technician arrived on time and appeared to provide efficient professional service, the price quoted to repair/replace the ice maker seemed far to high. I contacted the store where the Kitchen Aid fridge was purchased. We had to wait a few days for an appointment, but their tech quoted a price at about 1/4 of yours.
