Still broken
This was the THIRD technician to work on the machine. They have ordered parts (creating weeks of delay) and have failed to fix the problem. The washing machine overflows. The machine will not turn off on the Rinse cycle. We have been without a washing machine for almost two months. A great repair service.

Horrible Service
I furnished a photo of the data plate for a refrigerator not cooling properly. We had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment and when he did come he reported that the refrigerator was unrepairable because the parts are no longer available. Almost no parts are available. I should have been told that when I made the appointment based on the serial and model #s. Never again. The old Sears is dead!

Service of Kenmore Refrigerater
At last, Jonathan E. fixed the problem. It was the 4th visit by a technician for the same problem This vendor could be better at keeping appointments. I give Jonathan E a 5, but dependability of the vendor a 0. I was held "hostage" in my house from 8-5 on 4 different days. Totally unacceptable. Given that this was a repair on a master service plan, I expect the vender felt no urgency to be prompt.

Douglas did not fix my microwave, Travis P. The app that is being used does not work properly. It showed Douglas was coming at 3:30 and Travis called at 10:55 and showed up around 11:10. It still showed Douglas was coming at 3:30 after Travis arrived. Travis was very professional.
