Diagnostic Visit for non-functional microwave oven
Walter was extremely efficient and knowledgeable wrt the repairs needed for the microwave. He was also very informative in answering questions regarding the Choice Home Warranty (CHW) process which was much appreciated inasmuch as this was my first claim processed with CHW. If I could rely on getting Walter for future such appliance issues, I would certainly choose Sears Home Services as the sub.
