Excellent Attention to Detail
The problem with my refrigerator freezer and ice maker lasted a few days but then seemed to resolve itself before my service appointment. But I wanted to make sure there wasn't a bigger problem. Kemonti had the same mindset and put a lot of time and effort into checking out key things that could have been a problem. And he took action that may not have been the cause, but could prevent further problems. I also appreciated that he answered all of my questions. They were probably dumb questions, but what do I know ;) I would definitely want to have him as my refrigerator repairman again if I have trouble.

Brian was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He even gave us tips on proper cleaning and maintenance for our home. Told us about potential fire hazards for too much lint and will be contacting our housing company to have that checked. He is very knowledgeable in his craft.
