Clothes Dryer Repair
Although it was not the dryer's fault, Mike was very knowledgeable in helping determine that it was the hose going outside that caused the dryer to not dry the clothes properly. The online service request and tracking system worked very easily. Thank you!

Expectations Met
The Sears technician, Berkley, arrived promptly at 8AM and did a thorough inspection of our heat pump. It was great to be seen first thing in the morning rather than the last one of the day.

Very thorough service.
One would be lucky to have Blake as your service provider. While he was not the tech that diagnosed the issue with the washer, he knew exactly what to fix, took the parts and quickly replaced the faulty valves.. He thoroughly tested the water connections and follow up advice to watch for any issues with connections. Blake is saddled with poor SEARS technology and two prior appointments were suddenly cancelled the day of service. Not his fault whatsoever. Great tech worth the wait.

Kitchen Aide refrigerator ice dispenser
Craig is very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to isolate the problem but unfortunately there is not an easy fix. The dispenser was working when he left but it did not work very long and I will need to have a return visit planned.
