Smaller window of time
The technician was good and professional. My only complaint is that I took a whole day off work when I could've been given a more narrow window of time. It would've been nice to know that they were coming in the afternoon or the morning. Coming 7 1/2 hours into a 9 hour window in not convenient for the customer.

David is great!! HOWEVER Sears protection plan is not great.
My dishwasher started leaking early in June. The part needed couldn't be found. I was promised a replacement dishwasher early in July. Every time I called, I was told my case was escalated, and wait 3-5 days and a decision would be made. I was told this at least six times. Finally, middle of September , Sears decided that the part could be replaced with a like part with a different part number. So I have been without a dishwasher for three months. Boo, hiss. Sears protection plan sucks!!!!
