Fridge not working properly….AGAIN
Fridge was working when technician left. Two hours later nothing is working again. He told me if problem occurred again to push button at top of fridge and everything would work but nothing is working, no water, ice, no lights inside fridge.

Refrigerator repair
When you call the customer service is awful. No one wants to help you and you continue to get pushed to a different person until someone finally hangs up on you. I gave the technician the model and serial number before he came out only to be told that it would not be covered under LG warranty. Since that information was given prior to his arrival he should've been able to tell me that before they came out. Sears just wants to take the 139.00 fee and say they can't fix it.

Washing Machine
The washing is leaking water worse than when he worked on the machine.
