Dishwasher not fixed
The technician installed the parts sent, but it is severely leaking from the seam in the dishwasher tub water everywhere. We can't get through to anyone on the phone system but this needs to be replaced this has gone on for months, 0 stars

I would rate 0
Over 6 appointments confirmed by sears, technician showed up only 2 times, no cancellation, no notice, they just confirm asking you to be home from 9 to 5 and they just don't come and don't care! Of course, my fridge is still not fixed, worst service ever!

Still not working after 3weeks
Came out to install pump after leaving still receiving the same error code on my machine and it won't cycle on to the next phase of washing. On top of that I has to miss 3 days of work due to the fact they would schedule a repair from 8am to 5p. Only not to show up and say they would come the next day and they dont!

disappointed
arrive at home about 8pm, we asked for an morning appt, after we you alln had to reschedule. tonally disappointed. then after waiting all day , he cant fix our microwave

Wrong diagnostic
I have been dealing with this problem close to two month, one tech said it was the fan, he ordered the fan waited for a week, the second tech that came to install the fan said it was not the fan but the thermostat, he ordered the thermostat waited for but did not install the fan. Waited for 9 days The first tech came back said it was not the thermostat but he installed the fan not the thermostat. The problem continued, called it in again waited for a week , a third tech came installed the thermostat, luckily I kept other wise would have to wait for another week.

Repairs-Refrigerator & Stove
I just sent a response on my other questionnaire from you. Your technician was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. He was never sure of his diagnosis on either of my appliances (refrigerator or oven). Didn't seem to be familiar with GE appliances. As stated in my previous response, I'm seriously considering calling GE direct about this service call. I don't mind paying for competent/professional work but this was a sick joke!

Repairs - Refrigerator & Oven
This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a service repairman. It was so bad I'm contemplating contacting GE direct. He wasn't sure of his diagnosis on either appliance. I'd like to say I'm sorry for complaining but this experience certain warrants a negative complaint. I thought I would be getting a professional GE technician; boy, was I wrong!!

Two different diagnostic
One tech said that the issue was the fan ordered the part waited a week to install, when it was time to install it, a different tech came and he said it was the thermostat not the fan he ordered the part waited another week, when the first tech came back he said it is not the Thermostat but the fan , and only installed the fan and now I have the same problem and issue not resolved. Can not get hold of anyone to answer anything, just automated machine
