I wasn't home when he arrived...wide was. From what she said, he couldn't remove the water source..hose to the washer. He assumed the sediment screen was clogged. Nothing was fixed, but it is what it is.

Sheikh was prompt and very friendly. Our claim was denied by our company due to the report from the technician. I'm not sure what was said to them, but the report they gave us does not match what we submitted our claim for. We are without repair to our refrigerator, and I have filed a dispute.

He was very nice. We went through what happened and he checked circuit breakers again, ( I had already tried and reset several). Neighbor came over later, found no power on outside house where outlet is on wall adjacent to refrigerator. Found one circuit breaker tripped about 1/4 inch. Said sump pump, HVAC, refrigerator must all be on same line and when sump pump kicked in Monday night it knocked it out. Reset breaker and everything working fine. Glad I didn't spend almost $800 for repair!

Marvin was GREAT! Knowledable and pleasant. Your charge is RIDICULOUS for a 25 minute service call!!! Prorated that is about $500 an hour. Who gets that?????

Sears actually held their appointment

Technician completing the work is the only reason they got 1 star. If Sears wouldn't have cancelled the previous 5 times, this would've been 5 stars. Sears really stinks at holding appointments. Extremely frustrating. My washer has been outstanding for over 2 months.

Horrible experience

The nameless gentleman called to let me know that he was far from our house and was not prepared for the appointment. He seemed to have no interest in fixing our fridge. When I explained this was frustrating. He told me he was looking out for his company. So when I explained that I was looking out for myself, since no one else cared help, and wanted to know how we get this service completed and finished. He made a few very disrespectful remarks. For example, "I must have called you on the wrong day". In a sarcastic tone as he could tell I was not pleased. When I asked his name. He hung up on me.

Tech lied

Tech arrive and said the repair would need to approved by the warranty company as the repair cost is above the approved amount. He then reported to his company that we broke the water dispenser and the warranty company would not fix it. This is totally false. All we did was change the water filter which is in the refrigerator portion. The water dispenser is in the freezer door
