Technician stated temperature was correct Said my thermometer was wrong. Said part sent to me would not fdo anything. Readjusted top shelf so drawer will function correctly

Great amount of knowledge and very professional.
My options were not great, didn't have a warranty in place. Fridge was almost 14yrs old. Anslem was very informative and courteous. I ended up purchasing a warranty but will be purchasing a new fridge. :(
