The service provided was not only efficient but also effective. Parts needed to be ordered and Jeremy kept me informed every step of the way. When completing the work, Jeremy went the extra mile to make sure the dryer was operating correctly. I mentioned my concern about the lint trap and Jeremy took extra steps to ensure built up lint wouldn't be a safety hazard. He was professional, amicable and quite courteous. Five out of Five stars.
