Excellent Service
Ted showed up in a timely manner. He was the first technician sent to my home and diagnosed the problem quickly. Now, this was a relief, considering two previous times, with a scheduled appointments, no one showed up, and no notification that no one was coming, this was a great aggravation, considering work was missed waiting on the no show appointments. So, Ted was efficient and polite, and most importantly showed up.

Repair of water leakage coming from Expansion Tank
Mr. Anthony was very professional. He called to let me know when he would get here. He asked me what the problem was, as I explained to him, he was not sure if Sears handle that problem. But he assured me he would come by and check to see and relay the information back to his company. I was not sure where the water was coming from. After he arrived and assessed the problem, he checked with the team leader. Unfortunately, after checking with his team leader (Supervisor), Sears does not work on that particular unit. He also informed me that he would relay the information to my warranty company. Every time I have had a Sears Technician come out; they have been very professional. Excellent job hiring professional personable people.
