Refrigerator Service
James was on time and very courteous. Offered to have another tech come out because he couldn't smell the "glue" smell we had been smelling inside the refrigerator. He checked everything he could for us. We appreciate so much his offer for an another tech to come by.

We now have a working clothes dryer!
The repair didn't take too long. The problem was the heater element was defective. We were very happy with the repair! The only issue was the delay in the Sears Home Services repair. Finally on the third day the repair was scheduled, Jose arrived and did an excellent job repairing our dryer. I will assume were just unlucky needing the repair when many others in our area also needed repairs.

Luis kept us up to date on his arrival time which we greatly appreciated, much better than a generic 4 hour window. He was very thorough, taking each connection apart and testing for functionality. In the end, simply cleaning each connection solved the problem and we're now back in business.
