Water softener service
No diagnostic was performed. I had to actually put the salt into the water softener myself.

Didn't have time to address problem after I sat home 8 hrs
Told tech washer shook violently under load. Technician tilted it, tightened something, started it with no clothes and said it's level but loud as the bearings are bad. I said it won't go unlevel unless there is a load. He said he didn't have time. I said let's try. He showed me his route and how late it was, I told him I would just call in for another repair. Here 15 minutes total. Please send another technician earlier in the day so I don't waste 8 hours sitting at home. Took a video just now for the next tech and what ever he did has caused it to leak now also.

Now it's leaking
My ice maker hasn't been working. The technician replaced the ice maker but as soon as I turned it on it started beeping and leaking out the front of the refrigerator!

Still needs work.
I assume that the freezer was not making noise when the tech left yesterday. I'm not sure what he did to repair the fan motor because he didn't give any details to my wife. When I went down to check it this evening it is making the same rattling noise again.

Incomplete
Mohammed did not fix the issue with our dryer because he only stuck around for about 10 minutes total. I put a load in shortly after he left and kept it purposefully small and it immediately started squeaking like before. He was immediately uncomfortable with our geriatric dog and seemingly wanted to get out of our house as fast as possible. Seemed nice enough but it was frustrating to say the least.

Left trash behind
The tech came and did not change all the parts that were ordered. The door had a stain and the new one he did not installed it but opened the box leaving the straps in my laundry room. I asked to be notified 2hrs notice and he only gave me 20 minute notice. Also asked me for glue… not sure how he ended up gluing the seal to the old door.

Disappointed
Technician was extremely rude. When arrived was at the door on personal FaceTime for 20 minutes arguing with person on the other line. When entered the home appeared to be in a rush. Overall, the technician was very rude and displayed poor customer service

Bad Service
Well too much to complain... In short the technician that came was not at all customer friendly.. He did explain the issue.. but I told him I need to talk to the home insurance company first cause I had filed a maintenance service call not to repair it .. Which I see there was a confusion about. So the job was not done .
