Integrity and friendly
Darrell did his part Very well. The problem was getting to this point using the website, email, text. It is difficult to talk to somebody and when you do they make you feel like a Criminal. And then having to carve out 8 to 5 Day for Service is unreasonable. Also, the people trying to Sign me up new contract are like timeshare sales people..

Herb Great! Sears OK
Sears sent wrong part for my oven. I called Sears numerous times telling them that they sent wrong part. I thought Sears agreed that it was wrong part and would send correct part before the next technician arrived. This did not happen. Herb arrived and agreed it was the wrong part and reordered. Herb came back today and installed the now arrived correct part. He was enormously professional and courteous AND thoroughly checked out the operation of my oven. The sending of the incorrect part and subsequent refusal to send correct part before Herb's first trip cost me an additional month of being without my oven. Herb again gets a well done from me!

Our technician was outstanding. Knowledgeable about what needed done and did it in a timely and professional manner!!! Your scheduling however is terrible. After making arrangements with the tech to finish repairs we received notice at 2am of the day he was supposed to come back that he wouldn't be there. Totally unacceptable. Time was taken off from work costing us money. Things couldn't be changed on the short notice given. Then after being pushed off the list we had to wait another week for him to return!!! That is terrible customer service on the scheduling department's end and something you should take care of!!!

Kenmore Range Service
My technician arrived on/or closed to the initial scheduled time. The Joseph arrived he introduced himself along with his trainee. He asked me a few questions and went to work. During the process Joseph noticed I was watching and began explaining the steps to his trainee and to me as well. He even took the time to answer a few of my questions while he worked. The job was completed in just a few minutes. They even left the work area clean and made sure my stove was in working order before they left. Well done!!

5 stars for the technician Wali
5 stars for the technician he was awesome he came in and repaired everything as needed. It works so far so good. I can't believe it took Sears home services 2 1/2 months to repair our dryer was broken since January 2024 and was fixed today March 16, 2024. They sent several techs but didn't communicate well. All we need was a wire. Again Wali the technician was excellent and very personable, 5 stars for him. No stars for sears home services as a company though.
