Outstanding service by Darryl C
Darryl diagnosed the problem with our fridge and ordered the parts initially. He's very professional and informative. When the parts came a different tech came out to install the parts who was not as professional and in fact did not put on all the parts that was ordered resulting in the fridge still not working.After sitting at home for 4 days consecutively and our follow up appt being rescheduled by Sears, Darryl showed up, realized that the former tech did not install the water valve and in fact caused a water leak. Darryl installed a new water valve, repaired as in tightened the line connected to the water valve as well as offered us a condenser cleaning in which the former tech said he couldn't do. Darryl is a professional, informative and will answer your questions unlike the tech who was rude, unprofessional and displayed his unhappiness with having to do his job! Darryl is a great asset to your company and I pray that your company are doing what is needed to keep employees like Darryl. I highly recommend that you look at the service date of the previous tech before this visit and have a conversation on what customer service is and the importance of it! Darryl definitely understands customer service and appears to know his job unlike the tech whose ID is 0579532. Job well done Darryl and I appreciate you and your work ethic.
