Dishwasher service request
Mahmood was very helpful when he called me with results. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not moved out so that he could look at it or work on it. That is the reason I only gave him 4 stars.

Icemaker not working
Hi After installing the filter that Sears ordered, I find the water works, but it won't release the ice. The trap opens, but no ice. Can someone come to see what the problem is? Thank you

Service call on Samsung refrigerator
Joseph came took only an hour to determine my refrigerator needed to be replaced. Service was great but it took almost e weeks.

GE refrigerator
Garret and Tyrese came and checked the refrigerator and said that I needed to replace the filter so again ice and water still not working . So I will purchase a new water filter and see if it fix the issue .

Almost perfect
Our tech and helper were very nice and apparently well-skilled. My only complaint is that they declined to take the old refrigerator parts with them for disposal. We were forced to deal with a compressor and evaporator coil, the latter of which is VERY sharp aluminum. Everyone takes their trash with them, I guess except this company

Dissatisfied with service!!!
If Darryl C had done the first call and cleaned out the clogged drain to the collection pan I wouldn't have waited over a month to have my fridge/freezer working again. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!

You all should study the equipment and not up sell earrantie
I was not confident we had someone who could analyze the oven. Overall a guess that a board and some other components were needed. I found out this model was made by Frigidaire, he said made by Kenmore. Training would be good.
