Luis was nice , however only has experience in microwaves, stoves, etc so I was confused as to why we had to wait for him to begin. I took another day off from work to be here. I believe Joey assisted him and they worked well together, but I was … am still confused as to why two washing machine experts were not sent out on a 4th attempt to repair my machine since the initial report of June 23, 2023

Icemaker not working
Hi After installing the filter that Sears ordered, I find the water works, but it won't release the ice. The trap opens, but no ice. Can someone come to see what the problem is? Thank you
