Chris was one of the best service providers I've ever had come to my home. He immediately determined that the order had been mistakenly registered as "Repair" when what I had originally asked for was "Maintenance"! He replaced the order and walked me, step-by-step, through the cleaning and maintenance of my dryer. He is excellent.
