Dishwasher repairs
Ahmad spent about 2 hours to take dishwasher out ( normally it requires 2 people) and fix all the new parts. He put it back together properly with a lot of detail orientation. I still need to see if the washer heats( cycle is running now) but I know that Ahmed did his best

The communication is at the very high level. Once the appointment is scheduled (shout out to Lycia I believe, whom scheduled it), receiving a text message with a confirmation and an interactive map to know when the technician is coming helps stay productive as well as prepare the working area for the technician. Ramin was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on spot within the first service visit. Very happy with the overall experience with Sears and A & E Factory Service.

Madjid is an outstanding technician. Out of four different refrigerator technicians sent to repair my refrigerator, he was the only one that completely fixed it. Thanks to Madjid, we are completely satisfied.
