KENMORE REFRIGERATOR
The technician done a good job by training a new person to install repair on my refrigerator. However, it needs to be a faster way to get repair parts.

Dryer Repair
Al was able to repair my dryer quickly. He refused to wear a mask when I asked him to. As we were both on the phone, he stated that he did not wear masks, told me to reschedule, and hung up the phone. I had to go outside to let him know that I needed the repair today. So, he came in without a mask. Sears should let clients know when their techs refuse to wear masks.

Disappointed
Jose walks in, shakes the drum, and declares the transmission needs to be replaced. Amazing! He has 20 years experience. Drum is no longer available but he's willing to replace the spindle (parts and labor) for $500+ but no waranty if we use the existing drum. Why would anyone do this. My opinion, from a DIY'er, is the bearings were bad causing the rattle noise. I'll find out. Honestly, I expected this exact thing to happen. Almost like going to the auto repair shop where they sell you more than is needed. Jose did admit the unit had bearing and he could fix that in 1/2 hour and a DYI'er could do it in 2 hours. I'll find out.

Washer not repaired
Associate came to site. Replaced the control board and said it was repaired. He stated there was still water in the machine and set it to drain spin mode and left. Machine ran a while but I couldn't hear any water drainage. Eventually it stopped. I tried to run a load of towels. Machine makes noise but water never filled. Machine still broken. 😡 This is after scheduling a first visit about a month ago where the tech never called or showed, then rescheduling an appointment 2 weeks ago where the tech showed and stayed for maybe 20 minutes and said a control board was needed and ordered a part and left. Then today the tech puts in the board and leaves without verifying the machine was actually functional.

this is the 2nd time or maybe the 3rd time that the technician has failed to show up. I got a receipt from you guys with a receipt that i was supposed to of signed and it was not my signature and the technician never showed up today. if he never showed up, how could i sign anything. not a happy camper of course

Poor service
Technician arrived after 4 pm. He said he was just notified. Appt was from 8-12 pm. The technician did not repair the temp select zone which is still broken even though parts were ordered for it. Not happy with this experience at all.

Nothing is fixed I waited over a month each time my appointment was scheduled they would reschedule in the day of. Finally, I have a tech come out and my dishwasher is not working. Did he even run a cycle? If he did he would have known
