Technician was good. Sears company? Not so much
Jeremy was able to identify what was wrong with our dryer. He ordered the parts and scheduled us for a return service date. I confirmed the service date, but Sears did not follow through with the confirmation, even after I was lucky enough to have spoken with a live person. After I had to reschedule the missed appointment, I attempted to contact Sears with absolutely no luck. Trying to talk to a live person is impossible. You're stuck with a limited online chat bot, and automated telephone service. When the technician arrived today, he had the repair done quickly. My other biggest problem is the 9 hour service time. Who has the ability to take off a full day's work, let alone three? Honestly wouldn't recommend Sears. But Jeremy was good.
