Did do enough to fix problem… we feel they needed to at least pull micro wax out and check inside to see if it could be fixed but didn't … they decided what the problem was from just looking at outside and age of microwsve… not enough to try and solve problem… will never call again and will not recommend…

Liar, Moron, and Lazy

1st he couldn't read the address or street sign or what road, where we lived; twice. Then he also said that the wires in the back near the compressor were chewed and couldn't replace them, nothing was chewed. Also said he didn't have the parts that connected to the compressor, they were sitting on the counter less than a foot from him. The technician should be fired, for being lazy, a liar, and a moron! This is the type of world we live in that people want to get paid for doing nothing!

AWFUL just AWFUL

If I could rate this a 0 start I would. Never ever again. This is a joke. They are awful. Never showed up after many times of taking the day off to be here at the house. Would show up when parts weren't here. Would reschedule without my permission. I could never her a hold of anyone. Awful service.

The service was horrible.

This has been the third attempt while I waited all day for the technician to come. I was given a call that they would be by the house before five. They never called back they never showed and they did this twice. I do not know how sears with his grade history could be associated with such horrible customer service however, I will make every attempt never have any new technicians come to my home again through home shield home shield finally has one who has worked in law-enforcement for 37 years I've come to learn that I'm not gonna beg anybody and pay them at the same time take this particular response as a sincere effort to express my disappointment without being inappropriate with my language.
