3 months 5 trips out and still broken
It took 3 trips to get Dax. And parts. Then the 4th tech did not have the right tools borrowed chisels from my husband and pounded away until the parts came apart. 2 weeks later the entire machine stopped working. More parts were ordered. Finally installed. The tech went out and made a few phone calls as things were not going well. Came back in. Worked on it and turned it on without any clothes. After it drained he left. I put a load of clothes in it now started to fill with water. After a few mins it just stops working leaving dirty wet clothes in the washer. The spin signal does not work at all. There is no way to call A&E the service techs back. On hold now for 30 mins with GE Warranty company. This machine only lasted 11 months.

Repairs not completed after two visits
Two failed visits, first delay due to broken parts delivery, second delay due to dryer still not working after nearly two weeks wait. I want a full refund for diagnosis and two unsuccessful repair attempts. Very courteous technician but our dryer is not working.

No show
I can't give a review since the technician never showed up. I did get a payment receipt. This is not the first time A&E was a no show. I am giving a one star since I can't give a zero.

DO NOT USE
This review is not a reflection on the tech but on Sears-they have been to my house twice, no showed twice-one appt was schedule for 8AM-12PM they showed up at 8:30 PM- then had another appt for 8AM-12PM, when they didn't show up I reached out they said they would be there at 7:45-8:20PM -I have taken off work and now you are telling me you are going to be 12 hours late. I told them not to come, they have no consideration for my time! My time is just as value as yours. You are not welcome here! This is ridiculous, I have spent 3 days waiting for you to no show!

Bad experience

Still does the same thing....
Technician showed up. Installed 2 of the 4 parts waited nearly 2 months for, then left with the parts and the oven doing having the same issue (which was won't return to temp after door is opened for checking, basting, turning, etc.). Very poor job. Thanks, Greg

Worst service
It took more than a month to get my dryer fixed. They did not inform me that there will be parts that will be delivered to my house and that I would have to call them and let them know when the parts have arrived. My appointment was rescheduled three times with less than a day notice which is frustrating due to the fact that I would call off work for no reason. The day that the tech finally arrived he did not want to fix the dryer right away because he said that my payment doesn't show on their side. I literally just paid a minute ago over the phone before he got to my house. I showed him a picture of my payment by logging in to my bank account and he said he can't accept that because it says pending. I mean of course it would say pending on my recent charges just like if you had swiped your card in a store to buy an item. Overall, this has been one of the worst service I have gotten from the beginning to end.

Absolutely Awful!
We put in a claim for service 8/28. The tech came out and knocked on our FENCE! Said no one was home though 4 of us were home and left. It took over a week for him to come back. He pulled up and NEVER went to our door. My husband went to his van and he said since we are using a warranty company, he can't help us and just left!!! We spoke to the company multiple times before today and no one said working with a warranty company was an issue!! Poor service!! Poor communication!
