Washer dryer maint
Good knowledge of the products, identified and ordered new part for the washer to be install on Thursday AM, June 13th. Able to complete maint on the dryer. good job by Clifton, answered all questions posed by Sharon.

Making sure it was back to working order
Did not make sure it was working properly before leaving had to take back off the top my self and plug in wires that came off and or out and was working this morning fine as it could at lest and got it back working properly again and was also my fault for not giving it a try before he left but I'm good now got it back working

Job done on time and efficiently
The service was great. Wayne was kind and friendly. The only issue was there was some sediment (grease?) left on the carpet and inside the dryer. I thought it was just dirt and assured him we could just vacuum it up. I did not realize it was going to require a carpet cleaner. I think it will come out, however, still working on it.

Great customer service but….
The tech was very friendly but our ac is still not working. I paid the fee and everything but the ac is not fixed. I wish they would've left phone number for cases like this to contact them back asap.

Sears IT system screwed up our appt SEVERAL times - not tech's fault. But I would not use Sears again.

Washing Machine Repair
It took five visits for us to finally get the machine repaired and usable again. But 7 apptointments with a couple of cancellations 1)11/14: Tech very nice, seemed knowledgeable, informed that one or more shock absorbers bad. Had trouble finding them, Finally got them ordered. Parts received in less than a week. Scheduled repair next week. 2)11/21. Two new technicians, seemed knowledgeable. Supposedly replaced all shocks, and tested machine. I tried to do a load, but the machine still made the awful banging sounds. They did not test with any thing in the machine or it would have made the noises for them. I called, scheduled yet another appt for the next week. 3)11/29. One new tech, knowledgeable, friendly. Found one counter weight broken and dangling: source of noise. Ordered two counter weights. made another appt for next week. 4)12/07: Cancelled: Parts not received, Not your fault . rescheduled for next week. 4)12/14: No Show, waited all day, rescheduled for next week by service. 4)12/14: One Tech, Loved This Guy! Started doing repair, after taking all panels off the machine, he found that one of the bolts had sheared off and could not be removed from the front of the outer basin. While he was there he did the most thorough diagnostic I had seen yet. He ordered four new shocks, (first four damaged by undiagnosed broken counter weight), front half of basin and new bolts. Made another appt for next week. 5)12/29: Same tech w/ helper, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions. Replaced the parts, ran empty test and then ran a spin test with cloths in the basin. NO MORE NOISE. Too bad it took 5 visits. this is the reason for the three rating.

Nice technician, problem only temp fixed
Technician was nice, responsive, and got the washer working, however it only worked for 2 loads and is back to doing the exact same thing again. Problem not resolved.
