Fan replacement
He was here within the time given and replaced the fan quickly. He had good manors but he didn't tell me he was done. He just left. I can't tell if the problem was fixed yet but I feel confident.

He was perfectly fine but the process took a month
We called and the tech came out, ordered parts which came in 5 days. He can out 14 days after last appt. Was in the house mere minutes and said he needed different parents. Ordered them. They came in 5 days he didn't come for 14 days. He always gave us a window of 8-12 and would come out at 1130-1145. Which made the appt go past 12. I had other obligations at that time. After a month of ordering parts he informed us that the freezer was not repairable and we would get a called within 2 days with our options. Just frustrating.

Replacement parts for washing machine
Technician showed up a bit after 12:00. The replacement parts had been delivered to our home earlier in the week. My husband spoke with the tech, closed the door to the laundry room due to the fact we have dogs. My husband goes back a short time later and the tech is gone. There was no communication that the parts had been replaced and he was finished. Um, I truly am at a loss for words. It would have been appreciated for notification he was finished. HVAC home warranty repair
Javone, the technician, quickly and successfully diagnosed and repaired the faulty capacitor in the HVAC. However, his customer service demeanor was curt, bordering on being rude. Otherwise we are satisfied.
