Tech was excellent!
Ron was efficient, extremely polite and respectful. He knew what he as doing and took caution repairing my glass oven door. If you have an opportunity to request Ron, you won't be sorry, he's great. Only one negative….it would have been nice to speak with a representative at the company. Only automated choices.
