Great assist from Clifton. Quick and professional. Diagnosed the problem and had the drive belt changed out in about 30 min. Good job.

Preston H was Great; 0 stars for the process
My experience with Preston was great! He was responsive, courteous, extremely helpful and was able to "negotiate" the company's process w/ my order. The process w/ the company however was awful, including cancelling my repair order, cancelling scheduled app'ts, cancelling a parts order, all without informing me of the cancellations and the reasons why. Without Preston I would never have a working refrigerator. I called about the need for repair in late August. The fridge was finally repaired in early Dec. It only took 4 months!!! I probably won't use this company again, but I'm so happy to have a working fridge, thanks to Preston.

Heat out for days
He was early, but notified he could come early which I was happy to hear since my heat had been out since Sunday. He resolved the problem in 10 minutes and my heat was back. Great technician.

The technician arrived promptly. Listened to the explanation of the problem. Quickly determined a solution. Worked diligently to restore the appliance to good order. Cleaned up his work area and treated the work area with respect. The technician gave a brief description of the worked he performed and how to avoid putting the appliance in the condition which initiated the call. The technician conducted himself in a very professional manner. I will recommend this service to friends and family.

My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the service from Preston. Preston is very knowledgeable about our product. He is well mannered, clean cut, efficient, prompt, dressed nicely, and provides the information one needs to know about their product and the cost of repairs. Thanks to Preston we do not have to purchase a new refrigerator. The cost of the repair is reasonable, and Preston gave us our options without pressure to choose any of the options he proffered. Very happy with the Sears service, especially Preston.
