Preston was tremendous
Refrigerator with new type of flammable refrigerant failed a year after the purchase. Called two other GE service centers. No one was trained or qualified to work on this new refrigerant except for Preston. He accepted new training and knew how to manage this new refrigerant. He showed up on time and was able to fix it promptly. had to order new parts and had them delivered to our house. We're up and running. They need to pay Preston more. Energetic young man and eager to help and make a difference.
