Lacking Knowledge
I requested to get my washer fixed, Javier V came to look and mentioned that some parts needed to be ordered. Patrick came two weeks later and said oops, we need more parts; it might not be worth getting this fixed, buy a new one, Javier should have mentioned that it could have saved us the inconvenience of 2 weeks and unnecessary ordering of parts by Sears (i did not pay for parts but than too it was a waste of time and money for Sears). This ratings is for service provided by Javier V. Patrick was Knowledgable to know what was needed.

My dishwasher is still leaking water
Olusegun worked very hard both times that he has been here to repair my dishwasher. He assured me that the problem of water leaking our of the sides of the dishwasher during the cycle was taken care of. Last night I washed a load of dishes. Just to be safe, I placed a baking pan under each corner of the dishwasher in case any water did leak out. I am relieved that I did that since water leaked out both sides of the dishwasher with about one cup leaking. I need to protect our wood floor. I don't know what to do now. Olusegun is the second Sears repairman to be in my home in the last month who has put in new parts, but still has not corrected the problem.

Poor
The technician appeared disinterested during the inspection and indicated he would leave if I did not provide parking. Additionally, when it came time to locate the AC unit, I had to find it myself, as he stated he would leave if I did not. I personally walked around the rooftop to locate the unit, which I found to be extremely unprofessional, especially given that this is a fundamental part of his job responsibilities.

Never Use This Service, Waste of Money
The experience was horrible. Showed up 2 hours past the window. Was here for 5 min and said it would be more cost effective to buy a new one. Completely waste of time and money. I haven't had worse service in a very long time.

No show Twice
First appointment he called saying he was on his way and gave me 30 minute eta. Called multiple times throughout the window when he didn't show and my call was never answered. Rescheduled online. Missed the on my way call by 7 minutes. Immediately called back and numerous more time with no answer. Then I receive an email saying customer not answering phone or doorbell…I don't have a doorbell. I have a digital intercom system as well as a huge sign directing deliveries to drop off at the front desk at the main building around the corner. Only ever got an I'm on my way call never I'm here…On top of that closed out the claim so customer support couldn't help and so had to restart the entire process with my warranty co…No AC in the summer for almost a month now, 2 no shows, and closes the claim…yeah SEARS is garbage and I'm going to tell everyone I can. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Air condition
It was awful. The experience with Sears was awful. I've been waiting ever since Since May 28 for my air conditioning to be fixed, they kept lying in line in line sending me sending me they're talking to this person talking to that person. It was awful.

Washing machine repair
1.. washer is still leaking 2. Washer was not cleaned though this was requested at initial service call 3. Parts left behind and not sure what they are 4. Washer not stabilized 5. Tech was fine but I don't feel the job was completed.
